What Happens When You Call
We start by listening. You describe the project, whether that is a new driveway, a pool deck or a side yard, and we ask about square footage, the existing surface and what sits nearby, such as planters, a fence line or a gas meter. If old concrete or turf has to come out, we talk about removal, haul-off and whether the soil underneath will need grading and compacted base before forms go in.
Next we set a time to see the site in person. On that visit we measure, check slope and drainage away from the foundation, and look at the path a concrete truck or pump line would take. We also point out what we will cover or mask off, like stucco walls, windows and finished hardscape, and how we leave the work area swept and clear at the end of each day. You get your quote by phone or in person after that visit, with the scope written out.
Have These Ready Before You Call
- Rough measurements or a photo of the area so we can talk about size and layout.
- A note on what is there now, such as cracked concrete, pavers, dirt or grass.
- Any finish you have in mind, like a broom finish, stamped pattern or exposed aggregate.
- Details on access, including gate widths and where a truck could park on your street.
